Software as a Service / Service as a Solution

Remote patient monitoring is a technology that allows for the observing of patients outside of the clinic and/or hospital setting. This will increase access for care with specific patient conditions such as cardiovascular disease.

Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) is becoming more commonly used because it is less labor intensive than the event or “Holter’ monitors. MCT is real time monitoring and has the capability of transmitting symptoms and as well as interpreting abnormalities that the patient does not feel. In the long term, MCT could improve diagnostic care and reduce healthcare costs.

ARTELLA Solutions provides Mobile Cardiac Telemetry with an unobtrusive, wireless patch option for patients with possible cardiac rhythm abnormalities. Certified technicians are monitoring 24-hours a day and will alert physicians of cardiac abnormalities. Physicians will receive the ECG report within 24 hours after the end of the prescribed study period.

An electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) is a routine test that is used to look at the electrical activity of the heartbeat. An ECG is a painless, noninvasive way to help diagnose many common heart abnormalities.

Your doctor may prescribe an ECG if you have any of the following signs and symptoms:

  • Chest pain
  • Heart palpitations
  • Rapid pulse
  • Shortness of breath
  • Weakness, fatigue or dizziness

ARTELLA Solutions provides the service of Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) which offers a wireless cardiac patch to transmit ECG information for real-time alert monitoring and ECG reporting.

Certified cardiographic technicians (CCTs) continuously monitor your patients in real time. The CCTs will notify you of any cardiac abnormalities based upon the “notification criteria” you provide. Cardiac events are monitored and responded to in real-time 24 hours a day by trained technicians who provide medical analytics to the prescribing physician. Physicians will receive 2 reports: a “24-hour” report (also known as the “Holter” report) and an “end of study” report when the prescribed period is completed.

Concierge Service

The ARTELLA Concierge Service model will provide Customer Service Representatives who will set up the monitoring system in your office, the patient’s home or via video conferencing (telemedicine). This will ensure the synchronization of live telemetry and allow your staff time to complete other tasks for patients.
