REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING

Remote patient monitoring is a technology that allows for the observing of patients outside of the clinic and/or hospital setting. This will increase access for care with specific patient conditions such as cardiovascular disease. Due to COVID-19, demand has increased for remote cardiac monitoring away from the clinical setting.

MOBILE CARDIAC TELEMETRY

Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) is becoming more commonly used because it is less labor intensive than the Holter or "event" monitors. MCT is real time monitoring and has the capability of transmitting symptoms and as well as interpreting abnormalities that the patient does not feel. In the long term, MCT could improve diagnostic care and reduce healthcare costs.

ARTELLA Solutions provides Mobile Cardiac Telemetry with unobtrusive, wireless patch options for patients with possible cardiac rhythm abnormalities.  Physicians will receive the ECG report within 24 hours after the end of the prescribed study period.

FOR PATIENTS

An electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) is a routine test that is used to look at the electrical activity of the heartbeat. An ECG is a painless, noninvasive way to help diagnose many common heart abnormalities.

Your doctor may prescribe an ECG if you have any of the following signs and symptoms:

  • Chest pain
  • Heart palpitations
  • Rapid pulse
  • Shortness of breath
  • Weakness, fatigue or dizziness
  • Syncope
  • Vertigo

FOR PHYSICIANS

ARTELLA Solutions provides the service of Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) which offers a wireless cardiac patch to transmit ECG information for real-time ECG reporting. The ARTELLA Physician portal is an innovative approach in viewing MCT data.

Concierge Service

The ARTELLA Concierge Service model will provide Customer Service Representatives who will set up the monitoring system in your office, the patient’s home or via video conferencing (telemedicine). This will ensure the synchronization of live telemetry and allow your staff time to complete other tasks for patients.
